Teach practical AI to people who use it at work
We are looking for facilitators who can stand in front of a room, or a Zoom call, and leave every person with work they finished themselves.

What we look for
People who teach by doing
You use AI tools in real work
Not only in demos. You can show how a tool fits into a day at a desk, a shop or an office.
You have taught adults
Workshops, trainings, lectures or coaching. You can hold attention and keep a class moving.
You keep it hands on
Every Sprint ends with each person holding something they made. You plan for that from the first minute.
You are reliable
Classes start on time, online and in the room. You prepare with the playbook and turn up ready.

You hear from us by email, whatever we decide.
A short call
About 30 minutes, including a 10 minute teaching sample on a topic you choose from the course.

We share the course playbook and you observe or co-teach a session before you lead one.

Do I need to live in Accra?
No. Many classes run online on Zoom. In-person classes are at our centre in East Legon, Accra, so tell us on the form how you can teach.
Which courses could I teach?
The nine(9) AI Sprints courses, private team sessions for companies, and workshops in Events and Trainings. Choose the courses you know well; there is space for something else too.
Is this a full-time job?
No. Facilitators teach the classes they agree to, around their own work. We plan with you, a few weeks ahead.
Do I have to upload a CV?
No. Send one link to your LinkedIn profile or a portfolio. If you have a short teaching video, you can add that link too.
How long until I hear back?
We read every application and email you, whatever we decide. The confirmation email gives you the date to expect our reply.
What happens to my details?
We use them only to assess your application. If we do not go ahead, we delete them after a few months unless you ask us to keep them for future openings. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
